Shipping tools to us for sharpening You can ship your tools to us for sharpening via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS (for US Postal please use our PO Box 279). Returns will be via UPS or FedEx unless you request otherwise. PLEASE always enclose a packing slip with your name, address, phone number and a list of the items in the package. If you have not established credit with us, also advise how you wish to pay for the service. HELPFUL HINTS FOR SHIPPING Always place padding (foam, bubble wrap, cardboard or newspaper) between blades to prevent chipping. Wrap router bits, and shaper cutters in newspaper or paper towels to keep them from moving around freely in the package. Wrap planer and jointer knives in newspaper. Secure the wrapping with a piece of masking or scotch tape. DO NOT tape the cutting edge of any tool with masking or duct tape.
